Sadhana means a practice of self discipline which expresses the infinite side of us. It’s a daily time for understanding the patterns that keep us away from our most elevated consciousness and transcending them, anchor daily to our true essence, preparation for the day ahead and wipe out things of the day that has passed.
Our morning sadhana, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, includes:
- Recitation of Jap Ji Sahib – 25 mns;
- A yoga kriya – 45 mns;
- Relaxation – 10 mns;
- Meditation with mantras – 62 mns;
